Tot Time is a weekly class for active and inquisitive two year olds and their parents or other caregivers. Taught by one of Broadmoor’s Directors, Kacia Sato, Tot Time meets Monday mornings, 9am-noon.
Each week, children are invited to engage in age-appropriate games and art projects, explore science and math concepts, and develop gross motor skills in free play outside. They also participate in singing, dancing, storytelling, and fingerplay at Circle Time, and enjoy snack as a group.
Parents benefit from discussions on topics such as temperament, learning styles, developing pre-literate and pre-math skills, and more. Tot Time is also a great opportunity to meet other families in the community with children the same age as your own.
Registration for Tot Time is through the San Leando Adult School. Enroll online, or visit the Adult School at 1448 Williams Street, San Leandro, CA 94577
Families enrolled in Tot Time are not considered members of the Broadmoor co-op, and are not obligated to attend meetings, plan curriculum, or do maintenance hours.
